ABOUT US

The Georgia Southern University Dance Team has been promoting Georgia Southern True Blue spirit since 1990. Since the team was founded, we have had the chance to preform halftime routines at the men's basketball games, perform at the Savannah's Saint Patrick's Day parade, and compete at the National Dance Association Collegiate Dance Team Championships in Daytona Beach, Florida. The purpose of the Georgia Southern Dance team is to support intercollegiate athletics and Georgia Southern University.
The team is composed of 18-20 individuals, and is coached by Stephanie Viness and assistant coached by Rebekah Macker.
